Same here.  I love the developers for designing Amarok 2 and wish no 
disrespect, but I am not going to use Amarok 2 until they add a 
equalizer.  Until then I am using Audacious.

The one good thing is from what I read a equalizer is on the drawing 
board, but I can't find anyone mentioning when it will be implemented 
from web searches.
