Scott, I agree, but I have outstanding bugs where I am literally 
pleading with the folk at the other end to ask for more data to assist 
them in moving the issue from incomplete and yet receive no response.

I work on other projects - and keep an irc channel open continuously - 
and so find this lack of response baffling.
