If you respect the etiquette (see here for more details:

is no problem, but shouting is never a good idea.

Well, you did bash. If you are as involved as you say, you should know
that Kubuntu is a community effort, and insulting people is by no
means a way to solve a problem.

It very much depends on the tone. Anton, this is a support list for
users, there is an OT list for various themes, called "sounder"
(https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/sounder), I strongly
suggest you take this topic over there. And, just to remind you, you
have to respect the CoC on *all* X/K/Ubuntu lists, even if you prefer
otherwise.
