I got a giggle out of that myself. I'm used to using Adept late at night
to run the updates manually, since I'm on a satellite service with a
window of opportunity to have unlimited access between 3AM and 6AM. So,
I didn't pay much attention. With Fedora I had gotten used to the cycle
of yum -update working / not working / working / not working through
it's automatic update scheduler, which at times was not so automatic.
Using kcron, I could schedule my updates and anything else I spotted
during the day that I wanted to grab. Sometimes I yearn for the Old Days
when it all would work with 32 megs of memory. :) Ric
