8.4 and PAE addressing

When I installed 8.04 in May of '08, I was on an older 32 bit Pentium 4
single core processor.

I have a lot of time invested in getting this particular install just the
way I want it. Plus I've tried KDE 4.x and I don't like it. It may serve
me better once it matures, or I may have to move to Gnome. I'll cross that
bridge when I come to it. So I'm well motivated to just move my current
install to the new hardware, rather than a fresh install of the 64 bit
version.

By the way, I'm sending this from the new computer, and I am in awe of
Remastersys. The Nvidia driver didn't make the jump, but everything else
is exactly the same as my old desktop.
