Opening file in already running Kate

Hey it works! Thanks, I was having the same problem too. All files open in
one Kate window now but Dolphin keeps putting up an error message saying:

KDEInit could not launch '/usr/bin/kate'

Other than that it works fine though. Any thoughts?
