I am just trying to learn and have noticed this instruction and wanted 
to explore a bit.  I am using Jaunty Beta, and followed the described 
path.  I did not find an entry for Filebindings.  Is this unavailable in 
Jaunty?

Many times I have found lists of items that I prefer be in a different 
order.  I thought this might show me how.  An example would be like in 
Kmail or Thunderbird.  If I wanted Trash to be the top entry, how would 
I do that.  I like the choice that i use most at the top of a list.  If 
I have four movie players that perform a slightly different function, I 
would like the most common used to be first and so forth.  Is this part 
of what you were explaining when you said 'and move the order of the 
programs'?
