Ktorrent problem

I just tried to enter the ktorrent forum. I logged in and was refused.
I thought maybe I hadn't registered, so I clicked on register. I was
refused again because my username and password were already used by
someone else. I then changed registration to my proper name. I was
again refused because my email address was already being used. I am on
my laptop right now is it because I am on another computer? I am the
someone else, otherwise why would both my username coupled with my
password, as well as email address show as used? Ktorrent doesn't have
an option to correct this. Any ideas? Would someone be willing to post
on the Ktorrent Forum and pass on to them my email address
"stevenvollom at sbcglobal.net". Perhaps a moderator would email me with a
solution to my problem.

My Problem with Ktorrent is in the downloading of a movie. It is 80%
completed on the download, however on status it shows no data to
update. This has happened before; usually I just delete and forget it,
however this movie is a classic and I very much want it, and it rarely
surfaces for download. When the tracker is refreshed, immediately it is
shows that all data is available and download resumes for perhaps a
minute then data availability returns to zero until the next time it is
refreshed. This has been happening for days.

Am I failing some protocol of behavior and being restricted? If so, how
can I correct this? I cannot think of anything I have done that would
restrict my service of the program, other than if I download something
that turns out to be particularly offensive, I delete and remove it
before I have uploaded the amount I downloaded. Could that be the
reason I am having this problem? When I am offended, I do not want to
participate in offending someone else.

Steven
