Valter Mura came to the same conclusion.  It solved my problem.  Trouble 
is that I actually knew that and still overlooked it perhaps 50 times.  
I was so frustrated, I started looking for hardware problems.  I am 
sorry to have taken so much time from so many kind people, for something 
I should have known better.  Thanks again.
