some updates that are not intalling

it seems that these packages might cause some dependency issue, and
adept is keeping them back by default. i don't know the best was to
update them through GUI, but you can go to a terminal, alt+F2, konsole.
and type the following:
sudo aptitude full-upgrade
or you can type
sudo apt-get dist-upgrade
both should lead to the same result.
