i'm so used to task manager from windows, i call all process viewers
task managers, my mistake. i thought you were talking about "system
activity" ctrl+esc . the task manager here works fine. unless i'm
running some gtk app in the foreground, the whole bar starts appearing
and disappearing till i minimize the or close the application, it
specifically hates the compose window of thunderbird!
you mentioned something about krunner, are you talking about
applications that send feedback to the task manager that they're going
to run, but no window actually appear, are these what annoys you? coz
these usually disappear after a while.
