MMS:// files whit password and user

Hi all.
I'm trying to play a mms files and i play them with kaffeine and mplayer. The problem is that the website asks for user and password but the pop-up is not displayed on my screen in order to put them. I don't know what to do... Someone have idea?

PS: I'm new in this world of linux and i'm sorry if the question is resolved, but i couldn't find anything on i-net.
