No Ctrl-Alt-Esc with Compiz

Where? I googled as well but found nothing. What keywords did you google on?

I turns out that command 11 was already set as xkill, and was already
configured for Ctrl-Alt-Esc. However, that did not work, as you know.
Changing to Ctrl-Alt-End like you suggested does work. Thanks!
