Wi-Fi Problem on Hi-Grade laptop

I have found that KWiFiManager does indeed show good signal on the bar graph 
however, it does not always get an IP address.  I use WiFi Radar to make sure 
of an IP address.  Every time I have full bars but no connections with 
FireFox, it has been because of no IP address.
