Wi-Fi Problem on Hi-Grade laptop

Hi, I have that same problem with my system. So far I have found that
I can at the command line make the computer connect but have not yet
been able to do it with auto settings? Help anyone??

Before we get dumb, is there a password? Have you set it right? What
system is being used for encryption?
