kfontview redux

[Glenn R Williams]

Here's what it now says (although I had the problem before yesterday's 
update):

"About" reports: Version 4.1.1 (KDE 4.1.1)

I do have all the buttons (File, Settings and Help), but the place where the 
font display should be is all white except for 2 horizontal lines.
