Yes, Hardy is likely to be my distro for awhile as it is to be supported for a
longer time than intrepid. I also use KDE and so I want to keep 3 rather
than go to 4 although I also have 4 on this Hardy install.

I also have Xfce and Gnome installed on this laptop. Xfce has some nice
features but not close to KDE. Nor is Gnome for that matter but it came with
the base install so I kept it on the machine. I have been over there much
less than I have been over to Xfce. I have been over to KDE4 everytime there
comes updates for it just to see what has changed but seldom use it for
anything.
