Question on bug reporting

Generally, (k)ubuntu bugs go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/ where
you can link them to bugs at kde.org.  I have no idea if they'll get fixed
faster or slower if you only file bugs at one or the other, but if they're
show-stoppers for Kubuntu, the kubuntu devs certainly need to know about
them.
