kdeplasma-addons package (make sure you install the version for kde 4.1.2, not the extragear package included w/ 4.0.
I see that I must have installed a quicklauncher package, so check out plasmoids at kde-apps.org. Most have to be compiled but if you have the necessary development packages (I don't recall which, but the error messages you get when attempting to compile can be revealing) it just takes a few minutes.
download <plasmoid>
tar -xvf <plasmoid>
cd <plasmod>
mkdir build
cd build
cmake -DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX=`kde4-config --prefix` ..
make
sudo make install
