In OSS, code rules. It's not a thing that should/should not be, it just *is*. 
That's what the "Customer is always right" motto misses...because there is no 
"customer" or "CEO", as they are nearly interchangeable. How does one achieve 
the goal of moving to the inner circle of those who decide? By *contributing 
code*.
