I subscribe to users at openoffice.org and although it is high-volume, I
find it to be worth the volume. I also learn a lot from reading other
user's questions.

For me they get saved in $HOME/PDF. I could not figure out how to
configure that with the KDE printer tools. Maybe it's a CUPS setting.
