New 8.04 install fail on booting

Is it because fsck gets run without the parameters used 
during the boot process? IIRC there was a message saying 
something to the effect not to use -p -a.

Thanks John,

that partition is my home partition, so I'll wait until I 
next reboot and do as you suggest. I've had this happen 
before with other distros too and never knew what to do, 
now I do I will remember this. Thanks.
