How do I get Kmail to show on the Kmenu/Internet dropdown again?

I think the KDE settings work for anything you see in the, well on my 
computer, blue band across the top. The font setting within TB just seem 
to change the size of the font in the read pane only. In Firefox the web 
page designer has more control over what you see for fonts on your 
screen. You can set a minimum font size however. Doesn't work for 
_everything_ but does help
