still, if you want to make sure, get the liveCD of ubuntu, and the
liveCD of kubuntu, and work for a few days from the CD before
installing it on ur system. this way, you can be sure what bests fit
you. and keep in mind, that kubuntu is ubuntu with KDE. you can
install kubuntu, and then add to it GNOME, or install ubuntu and then
add to it KDE, and you will effectively have both! then you can choose
which to use on the login screen :D
