Is Juno DSL service compatible with Ubuntu?

I helped a friend here in Israel with a similar problem. My answer was to get them to buy a 
router. That way the router is connecting to the ISP (and you can use a web interface to set it 
up) and then configure the router to use DHCP for your home network (even if it is only one 
computer).
