If the list will accept them, use png. But crop generously so that the

I am attaching a test png file. If it arrives, the list attachments work.

Third-party image hosting is best.

In the KDE 4 menu search for "screen" and the KDE 4 screenshot utility
will show up. You need to start it first. I think I've already filed a
bug on that, I'll search.
