Using audio normalization when burning an album can have some side
effects a better method would be to use Replay Gain per album. If you
store the Replay Gain in the mp3 frames as not in the tags it should
be used when burning the CD.
There are programs for Replay Gain, mp3gain, vorbisgain and aacgain
in the repro and a frontend eastMP3Gain if you don't want to use CLI.
