Interesting. My printer works fine in both Gutsy and Hardy.

The only problem so far is getting Hardy to mount my floppy drive. (Yes, 
I know, but it is useful for keeping backups of my accounts). The fstab 
lines are the same in both G and H so I am now a bit puzzled.
