Konqueror rules, Dolphin must die

I should say that Dolphin is a very stupid application. Some would say again
that I don't want to change, but I don't understand why it is my default
file manager and who did spent time for programming this and why. It does
not do some things like it should and it appears right then as default,
when konqueror finally started working for me. I suppose some
developers "intelligence" behind the scene.

So does anyone knows how to replace Dolphin with konqueror systemwide?

I would just remove dolphin binary and link konqueror to it, but this is not
nice way to do so.
