Can't mount samba shares

I get this:

mount error 13 = Permission denied
Refer to the mount.cifs(8) manual page (e.g.man mount.cifs)

I reset the samba password on the server. That didn't work. I removed the 
share from the server and created it again and that didn't work. I tried 
changing to a blank password, that didn't work.

I'm stumped.
