    Well, that depends.  The only Google hit I have on that string is an
incomplete IRC log which does not say anything about KMail having a bug
in it.  Unable to complete a LIST operation (presuming a POP3
connection) could be that your remote mail store is so large KMail times
out before the server can produce an index in response to the LIST
command.  In that case, it isn't a bug, it's a problem with your remote
mail store.
