	Dear all,

        When trying to install the Intel Fortran Compiler v. 10.1.008 on a
fresh Kubuntu Hardy installation, I get the following error:

        --- ERROR ---
Problem encountered executing CHKLIC_32_64 utility /home/urtzi/downloads/Intel
Fortran Compiler/l_fc_p_10.1.008/data/chklic.32
This could be caused by a missing library.
The CHKLIC_32_64 program chklic.32 requires these libraries: => => /lib/tls/i686/cmov/ => /lib/tls/i686/cmov/ => /lib/ => /lib/tls/i686/cmov/ => /lib/tls/i686/cmov/
Please ensure that these libraries are installed on your system.

Exiting installation program.
Please correct the missing library problem
and run the installation program again at a later time.

        It turns out that the missing and are
not actual library files one can install, but virtual libraries provided by
2.6 kernels.

        How can I tell the IFC installer where to find these libraries and
carry out the installation? I need the Intel compiler at work, so solving
this problem is critical for me.

        Thank you all in advance,
