burning audio CD from amarok

Hi,

My daughter, age 14, asked me how to make an audio cd using playlists 
she put together in amarok. I thought that would be easy, but helas, I 
could not find a way to dot it easily.

I also tried copuing the files (mp3) to K3B and expected it to 
automagically convert the mp3 to wav format. Also in vain.

I thought it would be much easier that what I did now (copy mp3 to tmp 
dir, use program ConvertIT which GUI is really ugly, than burn to CD 
using K3B).

Any suggestions are welcome
My daughter uses Kubuntu 7.10
