Hmm, you probably mean dynamic addresses - static adresses are independant 
from the router and they would be configured at the laptop.

Now if you mean dynamic addresses, it is at the page you get when you 
login to the router configuration. At the section about DHCP you set the 
address range by start IP address and number of clients.

BTW: In you other mail you wrote about BCM310 - could it be you mean 
BCM4310? Then maybe this page could help you make it work:
