How to 'root-access' and delete a 'locked folder' at the desktop?

  open shell

   run  to "sudo -s"  weryfy u pass end give to root accs end root file
  "passwd" change your root pass  ress pc opent recovery 1 user mod give to
root pass end run to "startx"
