Yeah, I wasn't going to touch this part, but I drive a scooter *because* I 
work in a city.  Economical and maneuverable. and lots of parking options.

A Harley, on the other hand, doesn't offer any benefit over an SUV in the 
City, but tears up rural and suburban highways.
