Keyboard shortcut to open new KDE4 start menu

So, on top of everything else, Alt F1 doesn't work in KDE 4. I hope that they
are intending to put such functionality back. I had better start looking at
other desktops/windowmakers for future use when KDE 3.x.x is obsolete, in
case they don't. :-(
