In that case, it should be versioned as 4.0.0.rcX, not 4.0.0

No, people have a right to be upset that a product _not_ billed as a beta is
actually _barely_ beta quality.

Hell, there's nothing in 4.0 I want.  Unfortunately, when 4.1 comes with an
updated kde-pim, I'm afraid there still won't be...
