kpdf and facing pages

According the kpdf site, version 0.4 implemented a view mode called "Facing
pages".
My gutsy system has kpdf version 0.5.9, but I can't see any way to produce
a view that has facing pages. The closest is the "two page" mode, but that
just presents pages in order, putting page #1 on the left and page #2 on
the right (which is of course not how they would look in practice, since
odd pages would always go on hte right, and the preceding even page (if
any) would be on the left).
Does anyone know how to get the "facing pages" view?
[There seems to be no discussion reflector for kpdf, otherwise I would have
asked there.]
Maybe the kpdf site is simply wrong and there is no "facing pages" mode?
