OpenOffice 3.0 - currently broken

I guess the problem is that I've always used the openoffice.org version.   
Back in Gutsy I ran into a problem with the repo OOo not wanting to update 
for some reason.  Gave me much grief so I went to great lengths to get rid of 
the repo files.

You might have to do the same but it is worth it.   I have had no problems 
with OO since doing this.
