Openoffice.org 3 and filepicker

jonas, i'm not on a kubuntu box right now, so can't be sure. but you
can right click the title bar of any window, and click window
behaviour. there's an option somewhere there tochose the state of new
windows. i once set it to maximised, and this started happening, so i
switched it back to it's default value which is "smart".
