Can someone please help me with 'KDESVN' ?

svn help import 

When you understand that, import your project tree to the svn server you set
up.

Then, you have to do "svn checkout"

After that, you should be able to do everything via kdesvn.  You can
probably do it all from the GUI, but it seems to get confused easily :-)
