Konqueror is still there installed. It is still the default web browser, and 
the alterate file manager. Changing from Dolphin to Konqueror as the default 
file manager is done simply by changing the File Associations. In KDE 3, you 
just need to change inode/directory and inode/system_directory to use 
Konqueror instead of Dolphin.
