You can install it from a kubuntu install with the command:
sudo aptitude --with-recommends install edubuntu-desktop-kde
(it depends on "kubuntu-desktop" so installing from a kubuntu should be
fine).

You could also install it from the normal Edubuntu CD with the same command.
I don't think there is a separate install CD available for the KDE
version, at least I can't find one. I think it's because KEdubuntu (is
that what it's called?) still depends on a few Gnome packages and so
would need half of Gnome and KDE on top.
