Resizing images (simply)

Try the package konq-kim
Description:
"Kim (KDE Image Menu) is an image service menu for Konqueror's
file manager which allows to:
 - compress images,
 - resize images,
 - convert images,
 - rotate images,
 - rename images,
 - resize and send by mail images,
 - and more other actions!"

With this 'plugin' all you have to do is right click on an image within
konquerors filemanager and select what you want to do.
