My memory card reader is the "Sabrent 52-in-1 USB 2.0 Internal Card
Reader/Writer". I'm using the same model on four other computers in my
network with no problems. (A couple of Windows XP computers and one
OpenSUSE 10.2 computer.) The computer where that memory card reader
will not work runs on an Abit BW7-RAID motherboard. Could it be a
compatibility issue with the hardware itself? I.e., the USB may be a
different version? Maybe too old, and the motherboards may need a BIOS
update?
