RDP and VNC

The easiest solution I've found it hamachi.cc It was bought by
logmein.com last year, but still functions quite well.

On installation, it creates a new network adapter in the 5.x.x.x range.
"What?" you cry! "There IS no 5.x.x.x range! No Internet router can
handle such a thing! It's preposterous!"

It's magic. Blue magic on one end, red magic on the other. What happens
is that it connects two (or more) computers by an encrypted tunnel
through which you can run krfb or other vnc software. hamachi handles
the NAT translation and all the bad stuff. Very neat.
