Kubuntu - AMD 64 bit installation newbness

I run an AMD athalon 64 x2 3800 with a 64 bit install of the current
Kubuntu. I have had no real problems. I run  a 32 bit swiftfox from
automatix with all the needed 32 bit pluggins auto installed. All
works no problems but note that some people have problems with
Automatix for many reasons but that is a second bunch of worms to
research. It works for me and it is just a coulple clicks.
