Why would you possibly want to get rid of our beloved GNU/Linux?
Actually, you can run fdisk
(http://support.microsoft.com/kb/255867/en-us).  It's on the Windows
installation disk I believe (try Recovery/Repair Console).  That can
remove grub and GNU/Linux with no problems.  In fact, you can even
prevent grub from being instal+++NO CARRIER+++
