Where is Kcontrol?

System Settings is supposed to be a replacement for kcontrol, as one of the
Kubuntu devs' goals is to reduce some of the redundant configuration areas.
For example, since Konqueror has a whole slew of settings, why duplicate them
by having them in kcontrol as well? This , though does not address why there
are a few things that are *only* in kcontrol and not put into System
Settings. I personally prefer the layout direction of S over kcontrol, but
still need to use kcontrol for samba settings or the security/kwallet area
